What grind options do you offer, and which one should I choose?
We offer three grind options to suit your preferred brewing style:
Whole Bean: Ideal for coffee enthusiasts who grind their beans fresh for the fullest flavor and aroma. Recommended for those with a burr grinder.
Drip Ground: A medium grind, perfect for standard coffee makers and pour-over methods, delivering a balanced and aromatic brew.
Fine Ground: A finer grind best suited for espresso machines or Turkish coffee, offering a rich and intense flavor profile.
Each grind is roasted to order to ensure exceptional freshness.
Are your products roasted to order?
Yes, all our products are roasted to order, guaranteeing peak freshness and flavor in every cup. This personalized approach ensures every customer receives coffee at its optimal flavor profile.

Yes, all our packaging is 100% compostable and designed to minimize environmental impact. We recommend checking your local composting guidelines to ensure proper disposal.

What is your shipping policy?
Shipping Areas: We currently ship to the United States only.
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Each order is custom-made, with coffee roasted and packaged to order for optimal freshness.
Delivery Times: Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days after processing, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders over $40. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $4.90 applies.
Carriers Used: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Why don’t you offer expedited shipping?
We prioritize quality over speed. Each bag of coffee is roasted to order, ensuring it arrives at the peak of freshness. This process takes time, but we believe it’s worth the wait to deliver the best possible coffee experience.

What is your return policy?
Non-Returnable Items: All coffee and tea products are considered perishable goods and cannot be returned. This policy ensures the freshness and safety of the items delivered to you. Note: Please do not return coffee or tea products, even if there is an issue with your order. Returned products must be discarded and cannot be resold.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, contact us within 7 days at info@chillbeancoffee.com. We may request photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will result in either a replacement item or a full refund.
