  • Midnight Harmony is a tribute to the growers of the GARMINDO cooperative, located in the lush highlands of Bener Meriah Regency. These 548 smallholder farmers, many of whom are women, nurture coffee plants on less than 3 acres of volcanic loam soil.

    • Origin: Bener Meriah, Aceh District, Sumatra, Indonesia

    • Altitude: 1,200 – 1,500 MASL

    • Varieties: Bourbon, Typica, Catimor, Caturra, Lini, Tim Tim

    • Process: Wet hulled (Giling Basah) & sun-dried

    • Soil: Rich volcanic loam

    • Harvest: March-July | October-January

    The hallmark Giling Basah process lends this coffee its bluish hue and signature depth. Through meticulous hand-sorting and sun-drying, each bean reflects the heritage and dedication of its growers.

    • Whole Bean – Unlock the full potential of our coffee with whole beans, delivering maximum freshness and flavor. Ideal for espresso, French Press, and Pour Over methods.

    • Drip – A medium grind that offers a balanced and consistent brew, perfect for drip coffee makers and pour-over brewing with Chemex or Hario V60.

    • Fine – Crafted for those who love bold and concentrated flavors. This fine grind is perfect for Moka pots, espresso machines, and traditional Turkish coffee.

    Brewing Ratios

    Whole Bean/Drip Ground: Use 2 tablespoons (10g) per 6oz (180ml) of water.

    Fine Ground: Use 1 heaping teaspoon (5g) per 3oz (90ml) of water; simmer gently without boiling.
